boo friggity hoo

WORKOUTS:

1.
12 min amrap:
50m sprint
10 jumping squats
8 pushups

2.
2 x
-25 burpees
-30 lunges
-35 situps
-40 squats


Note: Due to the continuously reducing number of people attending and taking advantage of the workouts, we MAY stop putting them up. Perhaps an a la cart method might be better. We encourage those of you who continue participating and who do indeed take advantage of the weekly workouts to attend some of the other classes offered at The Wooden Center (IFT, IFT Barbell, Intro to Barbell, etc.) or start getting creative and come up with and share your own workouts. We WILL continue the coached workouts on tuesdays and thurdays. PLEASE KEEP COMING TO THOSE.

  2. I'm doing ALL of them, and have the pain to prove it! I have more problems with the friggin' posts and Google versus Yahoo versus my WILL to beat them at their game. Still can't seem to get my own profile to come up. Jolie

  3. There are at least 5-10 of us doing the workouts you post each week. This morning since I didn't see a new workout, we did one of the old ones so we are dedicated. We really appreciate the posting of the workouts and the coach-taught classes (there are usually 8-12 in the class). We enjoy coming and kicking our butts into shape. Thanks for all you do.

  5. I echo the sentiments of others here...we might not always have time to post our times, etc. but many of us are committed to this for the long haul. The twice a week classes are wonderful, and the WODs are great, too. Leigh and I are meeting twice a week to do the WODs.
    BTW, I was in Pennsylvania over the weekend, and carried HEAVY logs from a dead tree, as well as split a couple with an axe. So there!
