Location updates for 1/13-1/17

Welp, you guessed it... I still know nothing about accessibility to the track and such. So we'll continue in the same fashion as last week. If our space at the track becomes available and is all clear, then we'll go there. Until that point, plan to meet on the IM field. Same spot. 

New Years Resolutions...
I really hate addressing this giant elephant in the living room. We've always maintained that BHIP is about long-term physical development rather than short-term hyped nonsense. Resolutions are often easily broken and are more of a farce anyway. So there's little use for resolutions in BHIP. But if you think it will help to set a long term goal within our modalities, go for it. It can't hurt to dream big.

Location for 1/06- 1/10

Hi folks, 

Happy new year and welcome back! 

Please note that the track is still closed for renovations. As such, plan on meeting at the Northwest corner of the IM field. Most of you know very well where that is but if you see someone wondering dazed and confused, you should help them out. 

Historically, we have seem influxes of people around this time of year. I have no idea why, but it will likely happen again this year as well. So please either enjoy the crowding or try to come to some of the less patronized sessions. Like Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

Again, just as a reminder, you're welcome to attend any 3 sessions per week. Monday and Tuesday are the same. Wednesday and Thursday are the same. Friday is unique. This week there will be TWO workout options per day. 

Lastly, please make sure you're squared away with registration and all. I realize that sometime things magically change in payroll and suddenly you're not on the list but don't know it so you keep coming... Just please check to make sure. You can even call sales and service at the JWC and they can help you. The BHIP pass is separate from the membership. So check!
