    1. Done right, you can run in heels. Those things touted as "running shoes" are the last thing I'd run in. But that's just me (and physics). ;)

  4. Thanks to your demo, I tried it today. It felt quite a bit harder than regular treadmill. It said that I burned 350 calories with 20 min of walk/run, whereas I would need 30 minutes on a regular treadmill to burn that much. Is the work/calorie number on the Curve real?
