Spring Break

We don't get one. So we WILL be meeting next week on Monday and Wednesday. Unless it's raining, of course.

  2. Ah yay! HELP: I tweaked my knee a little bit doing reverse wall ball squats. It feels a little funky, like its tracking weird, given my experience, my guess is something is tight somewhere, so given all the Curtis P's and the squats today, what should I foces on: hams, quads, IT Band? One thing for sure, my hips feel open!

    2. These types of questions go a bit beyond my pay-grade. All I can tell you is that ice, rest, repeat never broke anyone.. Hope it's better.
