"As fast as you can" means EXACTLY THAT. If you find yourself asking "is this my fastest?" Then you're definately not going "as fast as you can".
Is the rest period between each round a minute or the same length as the round itself?
Our rest period equalled the number of minutes for the actual round...so, 1 minute burpess, 1 minute rest, 2 minute squats, 2 minute rest..and so on.
