Ah yay! HELP: I tweaked my knee a little bit doing reverse wall ball squats. It feels a little funky, like its tracking weird, given my experience, my guess is something is tight somewhere, so given all the Curtis P's and the squats today, what should I foces on: hams, quads, IT Band? One thing for sure, my hips feel open!
