ReplyDeleteCompleted this on Tuesday, along with Dan, Gustavo and Darling. My time was 16:17; Darling finished maybe a minute after, and Gustavo quite a bit before (by at least 3 minutes, I'd say).
Hot fun in the summertime: 17:54, I really tried to focus the squat by actively going deep and clenching at the top of the squat versus flying through them tabata style, also I was really digging in the 100 meter stretches of the sprints.
